Terms and conditions

Please note the following terms of purchase.

1. The goods are sent by Tollpost/Posten. The shipping cost is 129,- incl. VAT.
2. The goods are sold with a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Cancellation Act. In the event of a return, the goods must be sent as a normal parcel. NOT IN A COLLECTION ORDER. Enclose a copy of the invoice, as well as the reason for the return and state whether the item is to be exchanged or whether the money is to be refunded (remember to state the account number). If the return is not due to incorrect dispatch, the postage will be charged to the customer.
3. If a consignment is not redeemed by the customer, the customer will be charged with dispatch postage, return postage and a fee.
4. ATTENTION! For returns, send the parcel in the cheapest way.
5. If you would like a refund, please provide your account number for the fastest possible processing.
6.  Form X AS reserves the right to use customer information for its own use (information/advertising).
