3 temperature settings for maximum comfort
- High, 55 degrees and 3 - 4 hours heating time
- Medium, 50 degrees and 4 - 5 hours heating time
- Low, 45 degrees and 6 - 7 hours heating time
The charger has two connectors for charging both soles at the same time. For the soles in sizes. 41-47, we have now changed the charging connectors to micro-usb in the sole and usb connector in the wall socket. If you have a USB socket in your car, for example, you no longer need a separate car charger.

Instructions for use

Charge the soles. The charger will light up green when the soles are fully charged.
Start the sole with the button on the back of the sole before placing them in the shoes. Hold down the H, M or L button for 2-3 seconds.To start the soles with the remote control.
Adjust the desired heat level by pressing the. H,M, or L button.
To switch off the soles, press and hold the off button for 2-3 seconds on the remote control.
The soles can also be switched on/off without a remote control.
Use the same procedure as above, but use the button on the back of the soles to switch on/off and to changeVarm strength on the soles
If you are unable to start the soles with the remote control, the soles and the remote control must be linked again.
To link, press and hold the on/off button on the soles until the LEDs flash on the back of the soles, then release the button and press one of the H, M or L buttons on the remote control. Carry out the same procedure on the other sole as well.
Remember to service the soles every 3 months when they are not in use.
