Privacy, online processing of personal data

Form X AS is the data controller for personal data collected on the website: varmevest.no, varmevast.se and teamheatedgear.com any other web-based services owned and operated by Form X AS. Separate data processing agreements apply to other products and services provided by Form X AS.

Personal data that is processed

Form X AS does not collect personal data such as date of birth and social security number, or information about personal payment cards.                                   

Examples of information that is collected:

• Name
• Position
• Address/company address/invoice address
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Message/background for enquiry
• Information about your use of the website, including which subpages are visited, browser settings and IP address

Registration/collection of information

Form X AS collects information through forms on our website. It is voluntary to provide this information. If you choose not to provide the data, we may be prevented from providing access to requested services, products or services.

Relevant information arising from telephone conversations and e-mail exchanges that take place as part of case processing is registered in our order system. Form X's employees also use e-mail in general dialogue with internal and external contacts. The individual is responsible for deleting messages that are no longer relevant, and reviews them annually to delete unnecessary content in the e-mail box. In the event of dismissal or other resignation, e-mail accounts are deleted, but some relevant e-mails will normally be transferred to colleagues.

Sensitive personal data should not be sent by e-mail.

Please note that regular e-mail is unencrypted. We therefore do not encourage you to send confidential, sensitive or other confidential information via e-mail.

Phone calls (phone number from and to, as well as the time of the call) are logged in our call centre, provided by ITX Norge AS. This log is necessary for the administration and operation of the system. It is also used as a basis for statistics, as we keep statistics on the telephone.

Storage of information

Information collected through forms on our website is stored/forwarded internally to and/or stored in our CRM system.

Deletion of the data

Information is deleted on request by contacting us.

Disclosure of information to third parties

Personal data is not shared with external third parties, but Form X AS may use subcontractors to deliver all or part of the products/services ordered via our websites. Paypal and Klarnacheck their own privacy policies if necessary.

Rights

As a user of our website, you have the right to demand access to the personal data we store about you and how it is processed. You can also demand rectification, deletion and restrictions on the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe that Form X AS has not complied with your rights under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. This is done by submitting a complaint to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, contact information is available at datatilsynet.no.
