How does the technology work?

Our technology is based on inbuilt heating pads in carbon and composite materials that conduct heat well and are very durable. This means that our products have a long service life and can withstand rough use in many different environments.

Why a button and not an app?

There are several reasons for this:

  • More user-friendly for the customer
  • More efficient
  • Less possible conflict points

Why use your smartphone for this when you don't have to?

Why don't you have a power bank on your products?

We still choose to use 7.4 V batteries instead of 5 V and powerbank in most of our products. The reason for this is higher power (heat) and faster heating of the product. We want to have control over which batteries and their manufacturers are used in our products with regard to any warranty issues and, not least, safety. This is the best thing for you as a customer.

How do I pay?

What happens if I don't receive the goods?

If a consignment is not redeemed by the customer, the customer will be charged with dispatch postage, return postage and a fee.

Do I have a right of cancellation?

The goods are sold with a 14-day right of return according to the Cancellation Act. In the event of a return, the goods must be sent as a normal parcel, not on collection. Enclose a copy of the invoice, as well as the reason for the return and state whether the item is to be exchanged or whether the money is to be refunded (remember to state the account number). If the return is not due to incorrect dispatch, the postage will be charged to the customer. In the event of a return, send the parcel in the cheapest way.

We ship goods to all countries in Europe.
